FAQ, A Classy K9 Mobile Pet Grooming

Quick answers about service areas, pricing, deposits, and how our mobile grooming works.

1. What areas do you service?

We provide mobile pet grooming in Riverside, Beaumont, Banning, Moreno Valley, Rubidoux, and Yucaipa.

In Riverside, we also service Woodcrest, Canyon Crest, Orangecrest, Arlington, La Sierra, Mission Grove, Downtown Riverside, Victoria, and Arlanza.

2. Do you have a physical salon?

We operate exclusively as a mobile grooming service. Our fully equipped grooming van comes to your home.

3. How do I book an appointment?

You can request an appointment at aclassyk9.com, or call or text (951) 769, 8300.

4. Are you accepting new clients?

Yes, we are accepting new clients in our service areas. A $50 deposit per pet is required for first time bookings.

5. What is included in a full service?

A full groom includes a bath, premium shampoo and conditioner, blow dry, sanitary and paw pad trim, nail trim and grinding, ear cleaning, cologne or perfume, and a bandana or bow.

6. Do you charge extra for nail grinding or ear cleaning?

No. Our prices are all inclusive, we do not charge extra for add ons.

7. Do you offer nail trimming only?

Yes. Nail trims are $55 for small dogs and $60 for medium to extra large dogs. If you have two dogs, the price is $40 per pet.

8. What shampoo products do you use?

We use iGroom, a premium line of shampoos and conditioners, for clean, healthy, shiny coats.

9. Do you groom cats?

Yes, we offer bath and blow dry and full grooming for cats. Pricing depends on coat condition and service type.

10. How do I prepare my pet for grooming?

Please make sure your dog or cat is easy to access when we arrive. For cats, place them in a carrier before our arrival.

11. Do you groom aggressive pets?

We evaluate each case. Safety comes first. If a pet is too aggressive and we cannot complete the service, the appointment fee still applies.

12. What if my dog is matted?

If matting is severe, shaving may be the safest and most humane option. We will let you know if shaving is needed.

13. How much does grooming cost?

Prices are based on breed, coat type, weight, and grooming needs. We provide an estimate after we collect these details.

14. Do you require a deposit?

Yes. For first time clients, a $50 deposit per pet is required to book. It is applied to the total.

15. What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules during business hours. Deposits are refundable only with proper notice.

16. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit, debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Cash is preferred, and we offer a $5 discount if you pay in cash.

17. How often should I schedule grooming?

Most pets do well every 4 to 8 weeks. It depends on breed and coat type.

18. Do you groom large dogs?

We are not accepting jumbo or giant breeds. Please check with us if your pet is over 80 pounds.
